Privacy Policy
Effective date:
This policy explains how the website operator handles information associated with website visits, calls, correspondence, and crane-service referrals. Contact partners@cranerentalocala.com with a privacy question or request.
Information we receive
Website visits. Our hosting and security services process basic technical information such as an IP address, browser or device information, requested page, and the time of a request. These records help deliver the website, diagnose errors, and protect it from misuse.
Website analytics. We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors find and use the website. These services use cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as the pages you view, the site that referred you, your device and browser type, your approximate location, and how you interact with pages, including clicks, taps, and scrolling. We may measure a click on a phone link as an indication of interest; a click does not tell us whether a call connected. Microsoft Clarity also creates heatmaps and session replays that show how pages were used. We do not send names, addresses, project details, caller phone numbers or telephone call details to these analytics services.
Telephone inquiries. Our telephone and call-routing services process information needed to route and manage calls, such as the caller's number, the number called, date, time, duration, destination, and whether the call connected. We may keep project notes and referral records when you ask for help with a lifting job.
Information you provide. You may supply your name, telephone number, company, job location, project details, timing, or other information during a call or email exchange. We receive the content and contact details in correspondence sent to the website operator.
The website does not offer user accounts, quote forms, payment processing, or newsletter signup. Please avoid sending payment-card details, identity documents, or unrelated sensitive information to the website operator.
How we use information
We use information to operate and protect the website, route and respond to inquiries, facilitate a requested provider referral, follow up on that request, maintain referral and business records, address complaints, and meet applicable legal obligations.
We may use basic call records and website analytics to understand which pages or inquiries are useful. We do not run advertising pixels on this website. We do not use your project details for unsolicited text-message marketing.
Provider referrals and other sharing
When you ask for help finding crane services, we may pass the contact and project details you supply to an independent provider so it can review the request and contact you about the project. When your call connects directly to a provider, that provider receives the information you give it and may see your phone number.
We may receive a fee from a provider for a referral or resulting work. The referral may therefore involve compensated sharing of the contact and project information needed to address your request. We do not distribute your inquiry to unrelated advertisers or use it to build advertising audiences.
Hosting, security, analytics, telephone-routing, and email service providers also process information as part of operating these services. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, protect people or property, or address a legal claim.
Independent crane providers have their own records and privacy practices. This policy covers the website operator's handling of information. Ask a provider directly about information it collects or retains after receiving your call or referral.
Calls and voicemail
We do not record live telephone conversations through the website's call-routing service.
If you leave a voicemail, your recorded message and associated call information may be received by the website operator or the provider handling the call. They may use it to respond to your inquiry. A provider's own telephone system and practices are separate from the website's routing service.
A provider or the website operator may call you back about a project you requested. Please tell the receiving party if you want follow-up about that inquiry to stop.
Cookies and browser information
This website uses analytics cookies and similar technologies from Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, as described above. Microsoft's Clarity documentation lists first-party cookies that associate page views with a Clarity session and third-party cookies. Microsoft says its MUID cookie identifies browsers visiting Microsoft sites and can be used for advertising, site analytics and other operational purposes. We use Clarity to analyze use of this website; we do not use it to place ads or build advertising audiences. Hosting and security services may also process technical information needed to serve pages and prevent abuse. Your browser lets you block or delete cookies and site data through its settings.
Google and Microsoft handle the information their services collect under their own policies: the Google Privacy Policy and the Microsoft Privacy Statement. See Microsoft's Clarity cookie information and Clarity opt-out information. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on.
The website uses these services for audience measurement and site-use analysis. If our tracking practices change, we will update this policy and provide any choices required for that use.
Retention and security
We retain information for the business purposes described here, including handling inquiries, documenting referrals, resolving disputes, and meeting applicable recordkeeping obligations. Retention can vary with the type of record and the services that process it. Information no longer needed for those purposes is deleted or de-identified where practical.
We take reasonable steps to restrict access to information used in operating the website and referral service. No method of transmission or storage can guarantee complete security.
Your requests
Email partners@cranerentalocala.com to ask about information the website operator holds about you, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Include enough information to identify the relevant inquiry, such as the approximate call date and the telephone number used. We may request further information to confirm that you are entitled to make the request.
We will review requests under applicable law and our operational obligations. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, security, or dispute-resolution purposes. A request to the website operator does not automatically delete records held by an independent provider; contact that provider separately.
If applicable privacy law gives you additional rights regarding your information, you may exercise them by contacting the website operator at the email above.
Links and policy changes
Links to other websites lead to services with their own privacy practices. Review those policies before supplying information.
We may update this policy as the website or its practices change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
